Sundown Sour

Boldly orange in the glass from the generous addition of mango, Sundown Sour is full of ripe mango flavour and soft on the palate. Juicy mango leads the aroma, with a delicate hint of coconut bringing a touch of the tropics. We used a tropical yeast strain for this one and adjusted our mixed fermentation process to let the mango’s natural vibrancy shine—capturing the warmth and beauty of the sunsets that inspired it.
